Affiliate Program Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Affiliate Program Terms of Service (“Affiliate Terms”) govern your participation in the MathWiz Affiliate Program operated by Plush Haven Home Goods LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), the owner and operator of MathWiz.io. By applying to or participating in the program, you agree to be bound by these Affiliate Terms as well as our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not participate in the program.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the MathWiz Affiliate Program you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid Rewardful affiliate account in good standing
• Agree to and comply with these Affiliate Terms
• Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of Plush Haven Home Goods LLC

We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion without providing a reason.

3. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn a 30% recurring commission on every successful paid Pro subscription generated through their unique referral link. Commissions apply as follows:

• Commissions begin with the first month’s payment — there is no one-time signup bonus separate from the recurring rate
• 30% is calculated on the net subscription amount collected for each billing period
• Commissions are paid for each month the referred subscriber remains active and their payment is successfully processed
• There is no cap on the total commissions you may earn

Commissions are earned only on paid subscriptions. Free account registrations, trial activations, and incomplete checkouts do not qualify. Self-referrals — referring yourself or accounts you control — are strictly prohibited and will result in commission reversal and account termination.

4. Attribution & Cookie Window

Referral tracking is managed through Rewardful. When a visitor arrives at MathWiz via your referral link, a tracking cookie is set in their browser. A conversion is attributed to you if the visitor completes a paid subscription within the cookie window set by Rewardful. Only one affiliate can be credited per conversion — the most recent referral source within the attribution window takes precedence.

5. Validation Period

All commissions are subject to a 30-day validation period from the date of the qualifying subscription. Commissions will not be approved or paid out until this period has elapsed and the subscription remains active and in good standing. This window exists to account for refunds, chargebacks, and cancellations that may occur shortly after signup.

6. Payouts

Payouts are processed through Rewardful according to their payout schedule and minimum threshold requirements. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate payout information in your Rewardful account
• Any taxes, fees, or reporting obligations applicable to your commission income in your jurisdiction
• Keeping your account and payment details current

MathWiz is not responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect payout information or issues with third-party payment processors.

7. Refunds, Cancellations & Chargebacks

If a referred subscriber cancels, receives a refund, or initiates a chargeback, the associated commission will be reversed or deducted from future payouts. If recurring commissions have already been paid for a subscription that is subsequently refunded or charged back, MathWiz reserves the right to recover those amounts from future commission payments. Subscriptions that fail to process a successful payment for a given billing period will not generate a commission for that period.

8. Allowed Promotional Methods

You may promote MathWiz through the following channels, provided all content is accurate, compliant with applicable laws, and consistent with these terms:

• Personal websites, blogs, and social media accounts
• YouTube videos, podcasts, and other content platforms
• Email newsletters sent to subscribers who have opted in to receive your content
• Online communities, forums, and groups where you are a genuine participant and promotion is permitted by the platform
• Paid advertising, provided it complies with Section 9 below

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate commission forfeiture and account termination:

• Self-referrals or referring accounts you own, control, or have a financial interest in
• Bidding on MathWiz brand terms (“MathWiz”, “mathwiz.io”) in paid search advertising
• Using misleading, false, or deceptive claims about MathWiz or its features
• Sending unsolicited commercial email (spam) or using purchased email lists
• Incentivizing clicks or sign-ups with cash, gifts, or other rewards not approved by MathWiz
• Cookie stuffing, ad injection, or any other manipulation of the referral tracking system
• Impersonating MathWiz or creating content that could be mistaken for official MathWiz communications
• Promoting MathWiz in a manner that violates any applicable law or platform policy

10. Fraud & Abuse

MathWiz actively monitors affiliate activity for fraud and abuse. We reserve the right to investigate any account and, at our sole discretion, withhold, reverse, or permanently forfeit commissions where fraud, abuse, or a violation of these terms is suspected or confirmed. Determinations are final. Affiliates found to be engaged in fraudulent activity may also be reported to relevant authorities.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Affiliate Terms or our general Terms of Service
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity
• Inactivity for an extended period
• Any conduct we determine to be harmful to MathWiz, its users, or its reputation

Upon termination, any pending commissions still within the 30-day validation period will be forfeited. Approved commissions that have cleared the validation period and meet the minimum payout threshold will be paid out according to the normal payout schedule. You may also voluntarily close your affiliate account at any time through your Rewardful dashboard.

12. Program Modifications

MathWiz reserves the right to modify commission rates, payout terms, cookie windows, or any other aspect of the Affiliate Program at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via email or by posting an updated version of these Affiliate Terms. Continued participation in the program following the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Relationship of the Parties

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, partner, or joint venture of MathWiz or Plush Haven Home Goods LLC. You have no authority to bind MathWiz to any obligation, contract, or representation. You are solely responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws in connection with your participation in the program.

14. Governing Law

These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
